I was at Kroger today and when I scanned my Plus card, I got the following Catalina coupons:
- FREE 18 ct. box of Playtex Gentle Glide or Sport Tampons (up to a $4.99 value)
- Free Breyers YoCrunch Yogurt Cup (up to a $1.19 value)
Both are FREE coupons with no other purchase required! Hopefully some of you will get the same if you are visiting Kroger in near future!
There should be a $.50/1 Cap'n Crunch Cereal coupon in this Sunday's RedPlum insert and Quaker Cereal (14 to 16 oz.) will be on sale at Kroger starting tomorrow for $1.98. After doubling, you'll pay just $.98/box!

So, here's how it works out...

First, Kettle Chips are priced at 10/$10 this week... if you got the 8/15 paper, there was a $1/1 in the 8/15/10 RP making them FREE through Saturday. UPDATE: These were not 10/$10 at our local Kroger. They were 2/$5... still not a bad deal at $1.50 each after coupon, but I think I'll hold out until I can get them for less than $1! :)
Second, now through this Saturday (the 20th), Kroger is still running its mega event. There are 2 particular deals that are part of this event that I think are great.
Second, head over and enter the Pillsbury My Sweet Sunday Moment Contest. Once you enter, you will be prompted to print a coupon for $.50/1 Pillsbury Sweet Rolls or Grands! Sweet Rolls.
The Capri Sun is priced at $1.49 and the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls are priced at $1.19 AFTER the mega event savings (remember you must by 8 items total - mix and match).
My plan is to buy:
(4) boxes of Capri Sun, $1.49/ea
(4) Pillsbury Sweet Rolls, $1.19/ea
- 2 $1/2 Capri Sun printables
- 4 $.50/1 Pillsbury Sweet Rolls printables (doubled to $1)
TOTAL: $4.72 PLUS TAX
I just got my inserts from last Sunday, so I threw together a few shopping lists for CVS, Rite Aid, and Kroger. I ended up spending $10.74 out of pocket, but got back $5 in ECB's at CVS, $7 in +UP Rewards at Rite Aid, and will get a $2.99 Single Check Rebate in the mail from Rite Aid. So, all in all, I got a BUNCH of stuff and have $12 to spend at CVS & Rite Aid next week PLUS I'll get $2.99 cash in the mail... so, I ended up getting paid to shop! That's always nice!

So, after all those purchases (and all that great stuff!), I spent $10.74 out of pocket on $91.60 worth of merchandise PLUS I got back $12 in "monopoly" money for Rite Aid and CVS and will get a check for $2.99... all total, I made $4.25 and got all that stuff for FREE!
For a limited time, transfer a prescription to Kroger and get a $25 gift card! If you need a prescription filled anyway, it's easy to transfer... just go to the pharmacy counter and give them your information along with the pharmacy and prescription information for the prescription(s) you would like to transfer. When you pick it up, you will receive your gift card with your prescription!
NOTE: Last time they did this, you could get a $25 gift card for EACH prescription you transferred. It does not state a limit on their site this time either, so be sure to ask if you can get multiple gift cards if you transfer multiple prescriptions.
There are some exclusions... here's the disclaimer from their site... "When You Transfer a prescription, Transfers are easy...ask your Pharmacist for details.
