Great New Printable Coupons!

Posted by: Common Cents Diva in ,

There are some great new printable coupons out today!

Head over HERE to print a coupon for $5/5 Kraft prodcuts (sour cream, cream cheese, variety of cheese products).  This will make for some great deals, so this would be great to print several times (2 per computer) and use to stock up on items that freeze well when they go on sale.  I have frozen all the cheese products with no problems and the cream cheese can be frozen if you intend to bake with it (though the shelf life is pretty good in the refrigerator, too).  I've never frozen sour cream... I may have to google that!

Also, head over to SmartSource and coupons.com because they have released new coupons, too!  They have a $.50/1 Old El Paso Product (excludes refrigerated, frozen, or soup products) at coupons.com... if your store doubles, this will make most of the smaller items FREE.  The dinner kits go BOGO often at Publix, so if your store doubles you'll pay around $.45 for each dinner kit!

Cheap Wisk Laundry Detergent

Posted by: Common Cents Diva in ,

If you got the $3/1 Wisk Laundry Detergent coupon in your 8/29/10 RP insert (I DID!), you can score some very cheap laundry detergent!

They are $4 right now at Family Dollar (regular price is $6).  Some people are finding the bonus size bottles there, too!  You would pay $1/each after coupon!  I haven't personally used coupons at Family Dollar, so if you do this deal, comment here and let us know if the process is smooth.  I have used them at Dollar General and it was stressful, to say the least.

In addition, Publix will have them on sale for $4.49 (50 oz. size) starting 9/1 or 9/2 (depending on when your weekly ad starts).  So, they would be just $1.49 each at Publix!

Both of these are GREAT stock up prices for laundry detergent!!

Catalina's for FREE items at Kroger

Posted by: Common Cents Diva in , ,

I was at Kroger today and when I scanned my Plus card, I got the following Catalina coupons:

  • FREE 18 ct. box of Playtex Gentle Glide or Sport Tampons (up to a $4.99 value)
  • Free Breyers YoCrunch Yogurt Cup (up to a $1.19 value)

Both are FREE coupons with no other purchase required!  Hopefully some of you will get the same if you are visiting Kroger in near future!

Another Great Publix Deal This Week

Posted by: Common Cents Diva

$2/1 Ball Park Product Coupon

Posted by: Common Cents Diva in

Head over HERE and "like" Ball Park on their Facebook Page to get a coupon for $2/1 Ball Park Product e-mailed to you!  That's a very high value coupn... the cheapest I've ever paid for Ball Park is $1, but this coupon should make them super cheap, maybe even free!

Remember to hit the back button 3 times to print it a second time!

Also, if you're in an area that has BJ's you can use multiple coupons if there are multiple packages of hot dogs all with individual barcodes (which the Ball Park Beef Franks are individually packaged and barcoded).  At BJ's there are 4 packs of hot dogs in each of their bulk packages, so you could use 4 coupons for a total of $8.  PLUS, if you hurry, BJ's August coupon book has a $2.25/1 pack BJ's coupon that you can stack with the other 4 coupons for some overage if they'll allow you to get overage to use toward other items!  I would go through self checkout and scan all your items before presenting the coupons, so they can see you're total is over $10.25.

UPDATE: I tried to do this BJ's deal today and the cashier informed me they can't take coupons from coupons.com.... I didn't get into the fact that I didn't get them from coupons.com, but I just voided the item.  I'm not sure if that is an offical policy since their website says they take ALL manufacturer coupons and I have used internet printables there before, but I wasn't in the mood to argue.  So, this may or may not work at BJ's.  If you don't want to make a special trip (I was hoping for a free gallon of milk with the overage!), hold onto it until they go on sale at a grocery store!
Hurry!  This coupon will not last long!!

Great Deal on Pasta at Food Lion

Posted by: Common Cents Diva

The double coupons being allowed at Food Lion finally paid off!  They double coupons up to $.60 everyday (only in the metro Atlanta stores... you might want to call first and make sure yours is participating) and accept competitor coupons!

Well, this week, Ronzoni Pasta is BOGO... prices vary, but the ones I grabbed were Linguine and medium shells at $1.39 ($.70 each) and the elbow macaroni at $1.12 ($.56 each).  There is a $.55/1 printable coupon HERE (use zip 90210).  Remember, you can print 2 PER COMPUTER.

If you're in an area that doubles (lucky us!), your coupon is doubled to $1.10, so you'll have OVERAGE for each coupon you use... anywhere from $.40 - $.54 per box, depending on which variety you buy.

I went there this morning and bought 4 boxes of Ronzoni and a pound of strawberries (sale price is $2.50/lb) and my total after tax was $.82!  That's not bad for 4 boxes of pasta and a pound of strawberries!

Remember, the more coupons you're able to print, the more overage you'll have to use toward other items you may need!

Issues Using Coupons at Target

Posted by: Common Cents Diva

I must admit I very RARELY use coupons at Target because I never seem to get the full value and having 2 children with me doesn't make it easy to run back in and get a refund.  Here's  a link to a great article about issues with Target... click HERE.  I hope they can figure it out... I haven't been in Target in at least 4 months, but I used to visit every few days!
